Dental Insurance Family Policy Available Life Insurance Walpole, Inc. is proud to provide their eligible employees a $10,000 Life Insurance Policy with Florida Combined Life Insurance whose parent company is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida at no cost to the employee. The employee may purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouse or children, through Reliance Standard Life Insurance for a minimal cost. Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Program Once eligible, enrollment for 401(k) is available on a monthly basis. Walpole Inc will match 50 cents of every dollar up to 6%. For information on your 401(k), you can contact MetLife at 1-800-GOT-MET or www.retirelink.metlife.com Bonus Program Offered Contact your terminal representative for specific details on bonus and recruitment programs. Tenure Pay Increase Uniforms Uniforms are provided free of charge to drivers and shop personnel. Referral Bonus A Referral Bonus is paid to any Walpole employee who refers a new driver to us, and that new driver is here for their probation period of 90 days. At the end of those 90 days, the $500.00 referral bonus is paid. $$ Quarterly Safety Bonus A Quarterly Safety Bonus of $250.00 is paid each quarter to company drivers and mechanics who are violation free. $$ Paid Vacation Paid Vacation - 1 week after 12 months; 2 weeks after 24 months; and 3 weeks after 72 months. Boot Program Walpole contributes $50.00 for boots after 90 days of employment and $100.00 each year thereafter.  | ||||||||||||
