  • Minimum 23 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer experience immediately prior to employment
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the past 12 months
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
  • No DUI / DWI convictions in past 5 years

Duties and responsibilities include: planning and scheduling loads, responding to customer order changes, working with drivers and support staff, and aiding in driver retention. Candidate should have knowledge of DOT rules and regulations. Some computer knowledge is required, experience with TMW Software or PeopleNet is preferred. Compensation includes: salary, monthly bonus program, and benefits package.
