key to our success is education and training. This commitment
begins with each driver attending orientation where he/she
will complete Smith System Advanced Driver Training.
Throughout an employees career, Walpole promotes many
opportunities to improve the knowledge and skills of our
driving professionals. With an opportunity for a quarterly
bonuses, a Driver of the Month and Driver of the Year programs
do we recognize our people for outstanding safety
performance.
A major part of
